Jane Warner
Managing Director, EDS Global Automotive Sector


Jane Warner's career has spanned over 25 years in the automotive industry where she has held executive positions in OEM, component parts manufacturing and information

services companies. Ms. Warner is currently Managing Director of EDS' Global Automotive sector where she has worldwide responsibility for developing strategies and relationships, which will grow the company's leading automotive position.

Previous to EDS, Ms. Warner was Executive Vice President for Textron Automotive and President of Kautex Textron North America. Her career started with General Motors where she was one of the first women to hold Assistant Chief Engineer and General Superintendent positions. Ms. Warner was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University, has won numerous awards and is currently a Westvaco Corporation Director, a trustee for Kettering University and a board member of
Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).
