introduced the Women's Automotive Association (WAAI) to the
automotive industry. She has received many leadership and humanitarian

skills. She provides an essential service to the automotive
industry. For 28 years she excelled in this industry and realized
her great success was the result of her exceptional customer
service skills. In 1998 she launched Concept Schools, Inc.,
